Compassionate People Who Care

You must have at a minimum:

  • Skilled staff must hold a relevant Cert III, or Tertiary qualification (or its equivalent) / including demonstrated knowledge or experience in working with Aged and NDIS participants.

  • Must hold WWVP cards and NDIS Worker Endorsement Registration or willingness to obtain.

  • Access to a reliable (smoke free) and roadworthy car for work purposes, comprehensive insurance and a valid full Tasmanian Driving License

  • First Aid, or the capacity to gain competency within the first 3 months of employment.

  • Must maintain registrations and qualifications at all times.

  • Completed NDIS Worker Orientation if applicable.

  • National Police Check

  • Access to a smartphone or another device with internet access for rostering purposes.

  • Must agree and sign a confidentiality form to protect organisational and participants’ information at all times.
