Compassionate People Who Care
You must have at a minimum:
Skilled staff must hold a relevant Cert III, or Tertiary qualification (or its equivalent) / including demonstrated knowledge or experience in working with Aged and NDIS participants.
Must hold WWVP cards and NDIS Worker Endorsement Registration or willingness to obtain.
Access to a reliable (smoke free) and roadworthy car for work purposes, comprehensive insurance and a valid full Tasmanian Driving License
First Aid, or the capacity to gain competency within the first 3 months of employment.
Must maintain registrations and qualifications at all times.
Completed NDIS Worker Orientation if applicable.
National Police Check
Access to a smartphone or another device with internet access for rostering purposes.
Must agree and sign a confidentiality form to protect organisational and participants’ information at all times.
